| We are members of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA). As such, we are an “Agency”, not a “Registry”. This means that our caregivers and nurses are our employees, not independent contractors. Therefore, we not only take care of payroll taxes and income tax withholding for our employees, but we also cover each of them with Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and Non-owned Auto Insurance for those who drive their own or a client’s car during their work assignments. | |
