CARE PLUS determines personal
qualities of potential employees through extensive interviews. We
are looking for positive attitude, friendliness, discretion, courtesy
& integrity. We provide a hands-on training program to teach
our new employees the skills needed for proper care and handling
of individuals who need help with daily living. We continue to provide
training when needed, so that our caregivers can be the best the
industry has to offer.
CARE PLUS administers a Quality Assurance program,
aimed at maintaining the highest level of service for our clients.
Elements of the program include monthly meetings with each client
to assure their needs are being met, and monthly meetings with each
caregiver to make sure they understand and can meet client’s
requirements. In both cases above, we seek feedback about our client
and caregivers, to make sure we have the right resources in place
for each client. When needed, our nursing supervisor will visit
the client to re-asses the client’s condition and needs.
